You do not need to weigh your laundry before pickup. You also do not need to sort every item into separate loads.

Simply place your laundry in a clean laundry bag or another securely closed bag. If you have a stain you would like us to treat, please identify the item and tell us where the stain is located.

A few simple preparation steps can help:

1. Empty pockets.
2. Remove items that need dry cleaning or special handling.
3. Keep any requested hangers with the order.
4. Make sure the bag is securely closed.
5. Place the bag where we agreed to collect it.

What Happens at Pickup

You do not need to calculate the weight at home. After pickup, we weigh your standard laundry and send you the weight and total cost for approval.

Stain treatment can improve the chance of removal, but complete stain removal cannot be guaranteed. The result may depend on the fabric, the type of stain, and how long it has been present.

If you prefer certain clothing returned on hangers, provide enough hangers with your laundry and tell us which items should be hung.

Pet-friendly households are welcome. Normal clothing and household bedding from homes with pets can be accepted. However, items with excessive pet hair, animal waste, strong pet odors, or pest concerns may be declined.

To protect your items and our equipment, we do not accept:

• Shoes or other footwear
• Items primarily used by pets

When You Can Expect Delivery

Most orders are returned within 24–48 hours after approval and payment.

If an order extends into the weekend, it will be returned the next business day. We will confirm your expected delivery timing when your order is accepted.

Your clean laundry will be delivered back to your door or another agreed location when appropriate. You do not necessarily need to be home for delivery, provided we have confirmed the arrangement with you.
